If you’re located in South East Queensland, your order will be dispatched on the next business day after your order is placed unless advised otherwise. We are a B2B delivery distributor, but we can deliver to residential if you advise in the comments.
Interstate & Outside of SEQ
If you are located in Australia outside of South East Queensland, all orders are calculated through our shipping portal. Your order will be dispatched on the next business day after your order is placed unless advised otherwise. We are a B2B delivery distributor, but we can deliver to residential if you advise in the comments.(extra charge may apply)
PayPal
At Pronto Packaging, we offer PayPal payments through our website. Now with Pay-in-4, four easy payments if required.
If you are uncomfortable to arranging payment through this portal, we recommend calling our office on 07 3359 1112 or emailing us at [email protected] to have your order entered manually on the back end of our website. Additional fees may apply with payments using credit cards like AMEX.
Credit Terms
Pronto Packaging will only approve credit terms if discussed with Management. If you are looking for terms with us, please email our accounts team on [email protected]
If you place an order based in SEQ and we don’t have something in stock, your order will be shipped and you will be notified by email or phone of the out of stock/s and the approximate estimated arrival times.
If you place an order based outside of SEQ and we don’t have all items in stock, we will contact you with your freight quote & the option to hold off until all items are in stock to avoid paying double shipping fees.
If you are after an ingredients list for one of our condiment lines, send us an email to [email protected] and we will send this information through to you as soon as possible.
We want you to receive your goods in the same perfect condition that they leave us in and for this reason we unfortunately, are unable to ship ice cream cones & liquids via third party courier due to the uncertainty of how these items are handled. These items include toppings, chemicals, milk, ice cream mix, sauces, syrups, frozen beverage concentrates and all ice cream cones.
